SCH is looking to work with a provider who has extensive experience in the provision of housing related support. The provider will manage support and assistance to a client group who can be challenging with the aims to achieve positive and productive outcomes in the delivery of this support during resident's time staying in this interim accommodation.
The provider will be required to provide an experienced member of staff on site at Warwick Road, Warwick Place and Ipswich Walk, all within the Borough of Solihull. There is a requirement for a maximum of 37 hours' support weekly for both Warwick Place and Warwick Place, spread between the two sites. There is a further requirement for 24 hour support, 365 days a year, at Ipswich Walk, delivered through daily attendance at each site.
Contract values and any Contract information are given in good faith and should not therefore be used as the basis of any calculation.
The Contract is due to commence on 8 November 2018 for an initial period of period of 2 years, with an option to extend for up to 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and business need.
It is the Employer's intention to appoint one Contractor under this Contract. The Contract will be awarded following an open tender process. The tender submission deadline is 12:00 noon on Friday 15th June 2018.
SCH considers this contract to sit under the new Light-Touch Rules Regime under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. As the estimated value sits under the threshold for OJEU advertisement, this contract will not be advertised in the OJEU nor will it be subject to EU regulations.
Briefing Session
Applicant Organisations are invited to a 1-hour briefing presentation to be held on the morning of Wednesday 30 May where details of the contract and the delivery requirements will be explained. The Contract Procurement Officer will also be outlining the procurement process and documentation to be completed.

TUPE
TUPE: Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) amended by the 'Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 may apply in respect of this contract. Confirmation and relevant Employee Liability Information will be provided shortly.

The contract is to be procured and delivered in accordance with the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 and all bidders will be expected to collaborate with SCH to deliver improvements to the borough of Solihull through the delivery of this contract.
