TEMPORARY BUILDINGS SUPPLY & INSTALL

Goldsmiths University of London, require a temporary building to be installed on the site of the demolished St James Halls Block 3 building. This temporary building will be used to house students from art and design courses and will preferably be a two story building with an open plan room on each floor. We plan to keep the building for up to 4-5 years and would be interested to see the difference in price for leasing for that period or for the option of purchasing.

The building that previously occupied the site was demolished in 2014 the existing foundations are still in place however dependant on the new footprint these may have to be adapted. As part of your price please allow for site clearance and landscaping.

You are required to base your quote on your ability to deliver the building by: 18/09/2015. Please do not return a quote is you are unable to deliver within this timescale.

Completed tenders must be uploaded onto In-Tend by 12.00 noon on 06/08/15 to be considered. It is our intention to issue an official College Order ASAP after that to ensure that this order can be completed within the timescale stated above.
