Workstream 1 Estate Management Services has been awarded to Carter Jonas LLP The proposed contract term will be for five years with an option to extend for further two years. The approximate annual value of the contract is £425K and the total value is £2,975,000. including any extension options, if applicable.

- General Estate and Property Management Duties as directed under a Corporate Landlord function as the Council's managing agent
