THH5754 Bin Cleaning

Tower Hamlets Homes (THH) is seeking a professional cleaning company for the cleaning of communal bins (1100 Litre), bin chambers of various sizes between 2 and 40 square meters and communal waste chutes in circa 900 blocks of flats located on various estates across the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The total number of bins is currently 2733, total number of chutes is 1134 and total number of bin chambers is 1178. The blocks vary in sizes from one level high up to twenty with some having more than one waste chute.

The initial contract period is 2 years with extension provision for an additional 12 months (2 + 1).

It is required to complete all the works annually, within 6 months of commencing the cleaning; the start of annual cleaning to be between the months of March and August, unless agreed otherwise by THH.
