Back from the Brink Coomunication and Audience Engagement Strategy

To provide funding to RSPB in order they can:-

• To prepare and lead the process to appoint an Audience and Communications consultant on behalf of and in conjunction with the Back from the Brink partnership
• Participation and agreement of partnership in the appointment of a consultant
• To contract a consultant, selected by representatives of BftB Partnership, to develop the framework for the Communication and Audience Strategy, including the costed detailed Activity Plan for the application for Delivery phase of the project.

(These are essential and critical requirements of our round 2 HLF application. Without these our application will not be successful.)

• This consultant will develop the report structure, layout and draft content for the Communication & Audience Strategy, which will form the basis for the Audience engagement part of the Part 2 application
• Share information with the partnership to facilitate effective future working

NE appointed Development Manager and partners involved in managing the consultant on behalf of the partnesship have full details of the consulatant and the contract
