GB-Telford: Council Tax Support Consultant

We wish to consider options to amend our Local Council Tax Support scheme for working age residents from April 2020 to a scheme that is simpler and more efficient to administer, whilst ensuring a fair distribution of our Council Tax support scheme funding.

To assist us we wish to engage with an experienced Benefits and Revenues consultant, who has experience of implementing Council Tax Support Schemes in other Local Authorities, has a detailed understanding of Universal Credit and who can work in collaboration with us to undertake a range of tasks as detailed in the Quotation Document.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
