Kingston University is seeking to create a Framework to provide all of the management services necessary to develop, tender and construct projects.
The Framework will be divided into lots broken down into individual disciplines, Kingston University intends to appoint a maximum of 4 contractors to each lot.
The lots are listed below -
LOT 1: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (Architect, Principal Designer & Lead Consultancy Services)
LOT 2: BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERS
LOT 3: PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
LOT 4: COST CONSULTANTS
LOT 5: STRUCTURAL & CIVIL ENGINEER SERVICES
