Pilot at an individual property in Dorset.
We are looking for a single contractor who will be responsible for the whole project, must be able to work in with and certify to PAS2035 standards. Sub contracting elements is acceptable.

| 10. | Removal of the first floor to allow continuous insulation from ground to first floor and installing new floor throughout first floor. |

| 12. | External removal of old shed, greenhouse, out house etc and levelling the garden area plus fence works. |
