description

The GMC requires consultancy provision to carry out an assessment of the content of our mandatory e-learning training covering:

The Data Protection Act (DPA)

Information Security (ISO 27001:2013 certification)

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The purpose of the assessment is to ensure that the training content meets legislative and ISO 27001 (2013) requirements and meets the needs of our staff, associates and contractors, providing them with the relevant knowledge they need to handle GMC information securely.

The assessment results should include a gap analysis report based on our current training provision, examples of best practice and legislative requirements. The report should list specific gaps, specific content improvement actions for consideration and include reference to relevant examples as appropriate.
