Working in partnership with 28 locally based organisations in Tees Valley, we aim to support 2,500 residents with complex and multiple needs to achieve real change in their lives, and progress towards or into work, through delivery of our innovative, participant-focused Step Forward Tees Valley Programme.The purpose of this invitation to tender is to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to provide an independent and objective assessment of Programme performance and impact. As well as giving us access to specialist research and evaluation skills, this will also provide independent and credible feedback on performance, effectiveness, and impact, highlighting additional learning and opportunities for improvement.
