Electrical Installation Repairs at WCC Lye Bridge Highways Depot Redditch Road Alvechurch Worcestershire B48 7RT - AWARD

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Electrical Contractors to carry out various electrical repairs, alterations and improvement works, at: WCC Lye Bridge Highways Depot Redditch Road Alvechurch B48 7RT

As part of the backlog maintenance the issues surrounding the electrical distribution within the Lye Bridge Highways Depot, replacement and upgrades are required to those services within the Depot area. The works includes Priority 1, 2 and 3 items as indicated on drawings. The final programme is to be agreed by all parties.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Investigation works

Production of working drawings.

Temporary supplies as necessary to support the works.

Strip out/enabling works.

Investigation of existing supplies from MP1 and DB7.

External lighting installation.

Re-routing of existing cable to salt storage building from DB7.

Re-routing of existing cable to tank supply from DB7.

Labelling.

Premium out of hours working as necessary to facilitate services break in and maintain programme (if required).

Client demonstrations.

Failure to pre-book a site visit appointment may result in access to the site being refused. Strict Social Distancing protocols and the wearing of PPE will apply any visitor failing to observe the protocols will be excluded.

It is appreciated that due to the current restrictions of COVID-19 site access will be limited.
