Health Trainers Service (Lot 1) providing high quality advice and which will work on a 1:1 basis with individuals who need to make a lifestyle behaviour change for all adult residents of Liverpool.
Community Health Ambassador Team Service (CHATS Lot 2).
This approach sees citizens within a community as assets and involves exploring the potential they have to make an active contribution to the community in which they live. The primary role of the CHAT is to work with groups within deprived communities to facilitate access to health promoting lifestyles through innovative means.
