ITAC need a mechanical Profiler which can provide repeatable, accurate height measurements on varied surfaces, from traditional 2D roughness surface characterization and step height measurements to advanced 2D sequencing and film thickness and stress analyses.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
