This project has the opportunity to scale across the Northern Alliance and potentially across the rest of the NHS.

Driving improvements in patient flow is a key objective of the Digital Control Centre. Integral to this is understanding workflows related to patient referrals (outside of and within the organsiation) and developing live information regarding inter-hospital patient transfers. This development also offers the opportunity to deliver an advice and guidance system for use with primary care.
