The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) Supporting Systems and Services. Broadly this will cover but not be limited to hardware for FMD decommissioning use cases, stand-alone software for falsified medicines directive connectivity, integrated hardware and software systems for FMD connectivity and services to support the implementation of the FMD including maintenance. This DPS, once established, will allow organisations to procure supporting hardware and software to ensure that FMD is implemented in an expedient manner.

The tender will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of the Goods.

Indicative contract value: £10million
