The Government Digital Service (GDS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) are reviewing and redesigning the 3rd iteration of the Digital Services Framework.
Digital Services 3 will provide a route to market for designing and delivering digital by default services (see: www.gov.uk/service-manual/start/ ) through provision of suppliers’ specialisms in order to fulfil project outcomes. Early user research has also identified a need for user research facilities and recruitment of participants for user research.
CCS and GDS will be undertaking market engagement activity as part of this procurement in order to build on existing insights gained through user research.
