Defra procuring on behalf of Natural England (NE):
Natural England wishes to select a contractor to provide an expert witness for the forthcoming public inquiry, to prepare and present evidence, to underpin an analysis of the avoid-mitigate-compensate hierarchy in NPPF, on issues relating to the need for and benefits of development at Lodge Hill and the potential for alternative locations for development.
