Waste Consultancy Lot 8b - Engineering

A further competition process under the ESPO Framework 664-21 to award contracts for engineering consultancy services.

The Engineering advisor contract will provide the following services.

Professional advice and design compliance requirements for Neighbourhood Services new and existing operational assets. Outline and detailed designs for new and modification designs for Neighbourhood Service Assets. Engineering procurement support for Works, estimated costing, specification documents, detailed designs, pricing, evaluation, and due diligence. Undertake or subcontract ground investigation works for new and existing assets. Options appraisals and support carbon management and improvement at the Energy from Waste (EfW) facility (due to foreseeable legislation changes Emissions Trading Scheme). Assist with contract changes and government consultations to ensure with overall compliance of waste facilities. Project management and engineering support including construction design management requirements.
