Bitumen Emulsion 14-024

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide Goods that meet RMBC's requirements for Bitumen Emulsion. This will include K1-40, K3-60 plus other bitumen products that are to be delivered to the Council's depot at Hellaby, Rotherham. The anticipated spend is in the region of £55,000 per annum, however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs. The framework will be awarded initially for a period of two years, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of the Council for a further two years, each on a year by year basis. The intention is to award to a sole supplier, however if one supplier cannot meet the council's requirements then it will be awarded to additional participant(s). All suppliers who wish to be considered for this tender must register on the YORtender system and electronically complete and upload the Invitation to Tender document onto the system no later than <u>17:00hrs on Wednesday 28th January 2015</u>. **DEADLINE NOW EXTENDED TO 5PM MONDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2015** All completed Tender documents must be returned through the system and will not be accepted by any other means.
