description
These works are for the relocation and reconfiguration of 4 separate office areas on the St Peter's campus.
The works are to be completed in four separate phases to allow the timely relocation of the previous and subsequent occupants in a minimally disruptive progression.
The existing remaining occupants in Medical Records in the Departmental Block will be redeployed around the Trust by the time Phase 1 of the project is set to start.
Phase 1. The old Medical Records area will be opened up in an open plan area and used to house the Executive Team + others thus leaving their existing offices vacant to be occupied by following disciplines and the remaining shared meeting rooms. The following migration of occupants is yet to be decided.
Phase 2. The existing Operations Offices will be opening up the segregated rooms at the far end of the single story building to open plan space as per drawings enclosed.
Phase 3. To rationalise existing space in the relatively new building namely Chertsey House on ground and first floor. Building work there is fairly minimal but the adjacent departments sharing this building will be occupying full time.
Phase 4. This will be minimal alteration and redecoration to Nightingale House
