Refurbishment project at the Lydiard House, Hotel and Conference Centre

1. Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a refurbishment project of The Lydiard House Hotel and Conference Centre. To include approximately 25 bedrooms, strip out and refit, glass roofing over the Luxborough suite and the old swimming pool area, removal of the current bar and relocation between the old swimming pool area and the Luxborough suite, relocation of the bridal suite to inside the house, general painting and decorating.

Project Description

The refurbishment of The Lydiard House Hotel and Conference Centre. To include approximately 25 bedrooms, strip out and refit, glass roofing over the Luxborough suite and the old swimming pool area, removal of the current bar and relocation between the old swimming pool area and the Luxborough suite, relocation of the bridal suite to inside the house, general painting and decorating.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

Contract Period

The contract will be initially for a period of 3 months commencing 01 January 2023 with no option to extend
