description
The works involve the minor refurbishment of the existing Ocean Ward to provide
additional facilities. The works will be undertaken whilst the Ocean Ward is in full
occupation. As a consequence of this, the works will have to be undertaken in two distinct phases. Phase 1 will involve the works to create the Wet Room, Kitchen and Nurse Base.
Phase 2 will involve the works to create the Sensory Room, Staffroom and Living Area. Phase
- will not be allowed to commence until Phase 1 has been completed, commissioned and handed over to the Trust.
