DUD - Saltwell Nature Reserve - Warden Base and Educational Facility

The proposed building is to provide a Wardens Base for staff who are essential in the running of the Saltwells Nature Reserve, the building will also provide a reception point for visiting school children. The Building will provide accommodation for wardens comprising of an office, welfare facilities and mess room, there will be a garage/workshop space for the park vehicle.

Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender). Following registration, an email will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your email address and password. Once you have done this you must log back into the website using the details provided following registration and locate the contract document under tenders, my tenders on the menu.
