Portley Hill Depot is situated on Ely Road, south of Littleport. The property is occupied by East Cambs Trading Company Ltd and East Cambs Street Scene, the Councils Parks and Maintenance Service and Waste Management Company.
The Council are seeking a Lead Design & Build Contractor for the supply and installation of a new sewage treatment plant to compliment the modification of the existing buried septic tank.
The occupied site is in use and required to remain operational throughout the duration of the works. The Contractor should ensure works can be undertaken in a safe and appropriate manner with no impact to the site’s operation.
