Electoral Printing Service for the London Borough of Hillingdon 2021

The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) is seeking to appoint a sole supplier for its electoral printing service requirements.

The Contract will be for an initial term of 2 years extendable at Hillingdon's sole discretion for a period of 1 year, giving a total of 3 years (the Term).

The services will include, but will not be limited to, the printing of the following:

Household enquiry forms (HEF's)

Outgoing envelope Return Business Reply envelopes Invitations to register (ITR's)

Deletion letters Ballot books

Postal applications Postal votes packs Poll cards

Street listings

Counting badges

Counting sheets

The supplier will be expected to have fundamental knowledge of the electoral services process to include alignment with relevant statutory legislation which is in accordance with the Electoral Commission and Cabinet Office requirements.
