Continuing Healthcare are looking to outsource 400-500 PUPoC clinical assessments by 31 September 2016. The PUPoC assessment will include the completion of a “Needs Portrayal” using all contemporaneous information. This document will reference where the evidence has been obtained from and provide exerts from the records. The Needs Portrayal will be sent to the appellant for comments. The provider will provide both an administration function and clinical case workers to manage the retrospective applicants for 400 – 500 cases.
