WMUDF1.2 - West Midlands ERDF Urban Development Fund Ex Ante Market Analysis

You are invited to submit a quotation for the WEST MIDLANDS ERDF URBAN DEVELOPMENT FUND EX ANTE MARKET ANALYSIS.

The six LEPs in the West Midlands have agreed to commission this first stage Ex Ante study to enable consideration of establishment of an Urban Development Fund (UDF) for the area to be capable of delivering ERDF investment but also with the capacity to jointly capture and secure other forms of public / private sector funding and revenue streams.

Bidders are invited to submit quotations to deliver the Market Analysis Ex Ante stages, in compliance with national and EU/EIB guidance, regarding the market need and demand for a UDF in relation to all the eligible actions in the relevant LEP ESIF strategies to which a UDF can be applied.

Please note that this is the second time this tender has been advertised, and changes have been made to the delivery schedule and the price evaluation methodology.

This comprehensive report will need to be completed by 27 November 2015.
