This contract will be for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years taken up by single one (1) year extensions (3+1+1). The aim is to obtain external expertise for LLAOL with the following services:

  • Review of existing goods lifts and provide recommendations for removing any inherent design failure issues, improving system operation to meet increased demand.
  • Review current maintenance plans and strategies and where possible enhance these to meet increased demand.
  • Act as our experts during the commissioning of any new lifts and sign off on LLAOL behalf.
  • Review MCP lifts and provide a detailed report on any issues associated with the construction and design.
  • Assist with asset replacement of any future works inclusive of specification generation, tender review, and SAT/FAT oversite.

London Luton Airport invites applicants from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide these services. Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
