St Ann's Pharmacy Re-Roofing Project. The refurbishment will comprise the following: •Re-roofing including replacement of thermal insulation.
•Refurbishment of existing Dormers (4No) including new lead roof and flashings etc •Replacement Flashings to abutments/chimneys
•Re-positioning of existing Air conditioning units from the roof onto existing wall at ground floor level including re-configuring pipework Location
