The Council is looking for a contractor to provide a fully managed solution. The contractor shall fully design, supply, install, test and commission the complete Solar Photovoltaic (PV) panel system, in line with the requirements of this specification, manufacturer?s guidelines/recommendations and all relevant industry codes/standards and good practice guidelines.
