Wakefield Council is seeking tenders for to provide two distinct Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) for Wakefield Council, under one procurement exercise. The first of the SPDs is a revised Residential Design Guide, whilst the second is a Wakefield City Centre Urban Design Framework.
