The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has a requirement for a supplier to;
| • | Refinement and communication of the DDaT Operating Model, Service Delivery Model and Governance Framework. |
| • | Supporting the identification of Service & Process Owners, coaching them in the roles, |
| • | Review, refinement and agreement of IT Process designs, including a fully prioritised backlog of User Stories for each process, |
| • | Design of a Logical Service Architecture that describes the relationship between IT components and the BEIS business units. |
| • | Resolution of the Critical issues highlighted in the ACE report. |
| • | Upgrade of the ServiceNow instance to the latest release. |
| • | Creation of a fully costed and detailed plan for the full implementation of agreed operational processes. |
| • | A proposal from Mozaic to deliver this plan either on a fixed-price or Time & Materials basis. |
