Review of Principal Contractor's construction phase plan; Completion of all project management duties; Completion of all contract administration duties; Review of Principal Contractor's health and safety file. Liaison with the client, contractors, consultants and local authority; Contract administration and issuing of certification; Site inspections and progress meetings (including a pre- contract meeting); Inspecting works following completion of the defects liability period.
