Ambulance Sector Culture Transformation

We are seeking to commission an Organisational Development service to our work with 1-3 Ambulance Trusts as a pilot, to design and facilitate OD interventions to aid readiness and facilitate undertaking the CLP, with ongoing sustainable skills development for the Trust and the wider Culture and Leadership Network for Ambulance Services (CALNAS). They will work in partnership with the Culture Transformation Team for the remainder of the 2022/23 financial year in order to support the Ambulance Trusts to use the Scoping Phase and where appropriate plan their Discovery Phase of the CLP, but also identify where the approach may need adaptation to be most effective for the Ambulance sector.

The Organisational Development service will need a proven track record in organisational and behavioural change. They will be expected to work closely with Organisational Executive Boards to facilitate the delivery of a clear cultural outcome for the organisation. They will also work closely with the operational lead (within the Trust) for the Culture Leadership Programme as they recruit, train and support their change teams to undertake the diagnostic tools that underpin the discovery phase of the CLP.
