Direct Research Portfolio (DRP)

The DRP is the NDA's strategic R&D portfolio and involves Research & Development (R&D) that informs the development of NDA's strategy, develops innovative decommissioning and clean-up technology and supports the development of key technical skills fundamental to the NDA's decommissioning mission.

• Lot B — Integrated Waste Management and Site Decommissioning and Remediation
• Lot C — Spent Fuel and Nuclear Materials

The NDA's DRP Framework Contracts will expire in 2016 and as part of the resourcing of the framework agreements NDA are holding a Supplier Information day on 23.9.2015 in the Samuel Lindow Building (Lecture Theatre), Westlakes Science & Technology Park, Moor Row, Cumbria, CA24 3HU. Should you wish to attend this session please email procurement.eoi@nda.gov.uk to register your interest in attending. Attendance will be limited to 3 people per organisation.

The contract term will be a maximum of 4 years (2+1+1) with an anticipated framework value of circa £2M per annum.
