Flamstead Court Refurbishment - Project Description

You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the replacement of kitchens and general refurbishment of lounge/dining areas and hallways to 12no. apartments at our Flamsteed Court residence. The project also includes the conversion of 1no. bedroom and ensuite to provide accessible accommodation.

The project is expected to be let to a Main Contractor under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor’s Design (2011).

The project comprises, but is not necessarily limited to, the following elements of work; Stripping out existing kitchens and finishes, flooring, decorating, lighting, installation of new kitchens, supply and installation of new kitchen equipment and white goods, window coverings, minor electrical works, minor plumbing and internal drainage works, conversion of existing ensuite to Part M compliant shower room, minor demolition works, partition walls.
