Request for information - Healthy Lifestyles Service

Buckinghamshire Council (the Council) is requesting information about the provision of Healthy Lifestyle Services to help us plan for future configuration of these services when the current contract ends in 2023.

Suppliers are invited to participate in this exercise by completing the questionnaire available from the link below. This will help the Council understand the composition, capacity and views of the supply market.

The information obtained from this exercise may be used to inform the Council's approach to any procurement process it undertakes for the delivery of these services.

The scope for this request for information (RFI) is the Healthy Lifestyle Services which require robust governance arrangements that meet national standards.

The commissioning of these services accords with the Buckinghamshire Joint Strategic Health Assessment and NHS Long Term Plan.
