Procurement of AV Equipment

West Suffolk Council wishes to replace or update the existing microphone system in the Conference Room of West Suffolk House and also additional provision of new Audio Visual equipment at is Conference Room at the new Mildenhall Hub. The new systems must be able to offer a hybrid solution so that attendees can join meetings virtually via MS Teams and provide online webcasting. West Suffolk are seeking quotation for purchase or update to the AV system and associated set up, along with a 5 year maintenance and support agreement

The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 19 August. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted
