Lot 1: 24/7 Semi-Independent Accommodation. Lot2: Non 24-hour Semi Independent Accommodation. Lot 3: Floating Support. Lot 4: Residential Accommodation.
Additional information: The estimated value of £20,000,000.00 is across all four Lots for the maximum 4 year period.
