The University of Derby wishes to undertake replacement of the roof covering to the East Tower and Atrium Walkway at our Kedleston Road campus.
The appointed contractor will be responsible for undertaking a site survey to confirm the final design of individual roof layouts and for checking the dimensional accuracy of the areas and location of existing services. Suppliers are invited to propose suggestions for suitable roof coverings, including guarantees and warranties for the products they are proposing.
It is anticipated that most of this work is undertaken during office hours: We would expect the contractor to communicate with the Universities appointed Project Manager in relation to the above. Suppliers are asked to submit a project plan with timescales for completion.
