description

The Forestry Commission’s North England Forest District has awarded a framework agreement for tree surgery operations, including deadwooding, crown lift, crown reduction, pollarding and sectional felling of identified trees plus some chipping of residues. There may also be a requirement for the felling and dismantling of individual or small groups of windblown trees. In addition the provision of a tree inspection report may also be required in certain instances. There may also be occasions for the need to operate a Mobile Elevating Works Platform (MEWP’s) with suitably qualified operators.

The work will be allocated into 6 lots spread over the whole of the Forest District.
