The procurement is a 1 staged process referred to as the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process. Its aim is to identify a number of “Qualified Providers. Award of Contracts will be to any Potential Provider who “Qualifies” i.e. meets the minimum assessment and selection criteria. And accepts the payment mechanism and governing NHS Standard Contract. This procurement is being run and managed by NHS Sheffield CCG on behalf of itself but intends access to other local CCGs if they wish to do so.

The CCGs are looking for innovative and creative providers to deliver a non-medicalised, person-centred service model, co-produced with and delivered alongside service users, experts by experience and family/carer groups.

Responding to the tender — Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining) — You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification — Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT — There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
