PIN Notice - Facilities Management System for Humberside Police and South Yorkshire Police

Humberside Police and South Yorkshire Police are collaborating to procure a Facilities Management (FM) system to promote and enhance the estate management function carried out within both Forces.

The system required must provide for and advance a wide variety of functions used in the day-to-day running of what are complex estates, facilitating a policing function. Any system must be robust enough to deal with a variety of estate related disciplines commonly managed by each Force, as part of the daily operation of their respective estates.

The publication of this notice will allow for the shortening of the EU Open Tender timescales to a minimum of 15 calendar days. This will be the minimum period between the date of the OJEU Contract Notice (the formal advert/call for competition) and the deadline for tenders to be submitted.

The estimated date of publication of the contract notice will be September 2015. Please note that this date is indicative and may change.

The tender process will be run electronically, via the EU Supply e-tendering portal. https://www.bluelight.gov.uk
