Bidders should be accredited members of the London and Southern National Federation of Demolition Contractors or an equivalent organisation and be licensed to work with asbestos. Please also refer to the economic evaluation criteria. Please note that in order to be awarded this contract, bidders must have a turnover equal to or in excess of £1.5M.
