Anchor Hanover Group require a support and management service for systems hosted in Azure and O365. This service would manage the various day to day aspects of these environments in accordance with AHG's policies and procedures and in conjunction with other 3rd Party companies that deliver infrastructure services (e.g. BT who Deliver our WAN).
The partner must be able to support and manage all of the following services and technologies:
