Technical Services 14/15 carry over projects: Water and Electrical Services Replacements

Lambeth Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified supplier to provide refurbishment of mechanical and electrical systems at various estates throughout South Lambeth for The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Lambeth.

The contract to be awarded involves the design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, setting to work of all materials, plant and equipment necessary for the execution of the contract including all temporary connections to existing services supplies in order to maintain the services to all dwellings, and defects rectification for the replacement and upgrades to communal water services and landlords electrical services within occupied housing blocks on various estates within South Lambeth. Works include the replacement of the water tank room services, and lateral electrical mains and landlord services, including power and lighting with all residents (Tenants and Leaseholders) remaining in occupation. The works affect some circa 500 homes, in approx. 60 separate structures, across 12 separate estates.
