2015 - Summer bulge Class Works at Grange Primary School

Harrow Council has a immediate requirement for works to be carried out at Grange Primary School following sub-ojeu open procedure with an 8 day return date. The works are to accommodate 'bulge' classes expected in September 2015. The proposal comprises a number of key elements across the entire school to allow for the additional class/capacity: § Asbestos Demolition and Refurbishment survey aligned to the full scope of proposed works § Relocation of existing Children's Centre to area formerly occupied by HISOP unit (extent to include refurbishment of new Year 6 classroom and affected circulation areas) § External works to form secure play area and gated access into Children's Centre § Adaptations to form Library and new Year 3 class to previous location of Children's Centre § Adaptations to form new Year 2 class and separate Group Room to previous location of Library PLEASE NOTE TENDER SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS PROJECT ARE DUE BACK BY 12NOON ON THE 24TH JULY 2015.
