The Council wishes to invite interested organisations (tenderers) to participate in a tender exercise to establish a contract for the provision of a Managed Connexions Client Caseload Information System (CCIS) to record the learning and employment status of young people aged 16-18. The contract will commence on 1st October 2015 for the duration of up to two years until 30th September 2017.
