NCG Learner Destination Survey Services

NCG requires an external supplier to provide a service that captures the actual learner destination after they have left the college or training provider. This is an Ofsted requirement and is essential information that NCG must capture and analyse to improve future performance across the six divisions of NCG - Newcastle College, West Lancashire College, Newcastle Sixth Form College, Kidderminster College, The Intraining Group and Rathbone Training and adhere to the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework (CIF).

The initial appointment will be for 24 months with two further 12 month optional extensions (making a total possible contract length of 48 months). The contract will only be for purchases by NCG and any of its subsidiaries.

Additional information: Essential:

• Experience of producing complex data collection for the Education Sector,
• Experience of carrying out large scale surveys for large General Further Education Colleges, Private/Public Sector Training Providers and Sixth Form Colleges,
• A trained field-force of telephone interviewers able to conduct telephone based surveys across the whole of the GB and capable of carrying out the volume of work required for this project in the timescale indicated,
• Evidence of quality assurance systems,
• Evidence of data security systems.

Desirable:

• Experience of carrying out large-scale Further Education Colleges surveys,
• Experience of carrying out large-scale mixed mode surveys involving telephone interviewing.
