South Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking to commission a survey of private sector housing stock conditions.
This includes assessing:
- a)category 1 and 2 hazards using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System under the Housing Act 2004
- b)non decent homes occupied by both vulnerable and non-vulnerable households
- c)energy efficiency
- d)fuel poverty in vulnerable households
- e)breakdown of adaptations eligible for disabled facilities grants
- f)rented accommodation
- g)houses in multiple occupation
- h)properties empty for more than 6 months
- i)general information on the area, including a socio economic profile of private sector householders in the South Cambridgeshire District Council area.
